About these terms

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement or have a parent or guardian's permission where appropriate. Provide accurate order and contact information. Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or use its content unlawfully.

Products and prices

Details, variants and prices appear on product pages. Screen settings may affect displayed colours. Review the final currency, taxes and delivery charges before paying. Availability and prices may change before an order is accepted.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order requests a purchase; an automated receipt acknowledges that request. Stock, destination restrictions, payment issues or a genuine listing error may prevent fulfilment. We will contact you about issues, seek agreement to material changes and refund payments for items we cannot supply. We will not substitute products without your agreement.

Fulfilment and delivery

Third-party suppliers may fulfil orders and ship from overseas. Product pages and our Shipping Policy explain estimates and restrictions. K&M remains responsible for customer enquiries about purchases from this store. Follow product instructions and age or safety guidance.

Returns and cancellations

Our Returns and Refund Policy explains change-of-mind returns and order issues. Contact us promptly about cancellations; an order already in processing or dispatch may not be cancellable. Legal rights to remedies remain unaffected.
